Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Company`s Managing Director.
  • Prepare and manage correspondences, reports and documents.
  • Organizing meetings, gathering and appointments.
  • Managing class scheduling / re-scheduling.
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handling them appropriately.
  • Dealing with parents, teachers, and students.

Requirements:

  • Female / Male.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power Point.
  • Self-motivated and meticulous, with excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Tomang, Jakarta Barat.


Full-Time position. Working hour: Mon-Fri (10.00 - 17.00), Sat (08.30 - 12.30).
Salary Range: 5jt – 7.5jt/mth (depends on experience & qualifications) + yearly bonus.
