Phase 1: Sales and Marketing Development
LEARN THE SYSTEM to develop themselves and communication skills. Sales can be done through RESINDENTIAL and we will TRAIN candidates to be ready to enter the stage menagement.
Phase 2: Training Development
TEACH THE SYSTEM and will be train to be able to perform better than phase 1, and will begin to organize and supervise events or road shows in Jakarta or any other city around Indonesia.
Phase 3: Business Development
RUN THE SYSTEM and lead team of minimum 15 people and to learn how to manage an office.
