Responsibilities:
Currently, one of our subsidiaries is looking for a Legal Executive, strong in Property industry, especially in handling all necessary end-to-end matters in starting up a mixed-use business complex.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA 3.00 and above. Master's Degree in Law is a plus
- At least 6 - 8 years of working experience as Corporate Legal, especially in property.
- Proficient with all legal matters in all property corporate business
- Have experience in dealing with government institutions
- Excellent in drafting any contracts and legal documents
- Strong knowledge about corporate laws and regulations, permit and license
- Ability for multi-tasking and job prioritization
- Having good communication and interpersonal skill.
