We bring to our clients Recruitment practice experience in Indonesia and across the Asia Pacific Region. Join Our Client, One of major foreign Bank in Indonesia with International recognition.  We are seeking Bankers with International experience in Retail Banking as : Team Leader Acquisition Jakarta Raya - Mangga Dua / Sepong (Tangerang) Responsibilities: Responsible to manage Premier sales team to acquire new Premier customers, and sell wealth management products in order to contribute to the growing consumer banking business. Represent the bank in dealing with premier segment customers, manage premier hunters, and ensure the productivity level of your team. You will report directly to Branch Manager. Requirements: Hold Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in any discipline Having 3 - 5 years working experience in managing sales team, preferably in wealth management business at banking sector or financial institution. Experience of working with high net worth individuals with proven ability to achieve sales targets  Strong knowledge on Wealth Management, financial markets and investment products Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (Microsoft Office). Conversant in Mandarin is a plus Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sales driven with service culture Has commercial acumen, marketing orientation, pleasant personality, demonstrate high degree of credibility and integrity Able to work with team We provide excellent working environment and competititve salary, bonus and benefits.
