Responsibilities:
Coordinate and check the process of policy issuance, renewal, and closing of Group
Insurance policy from Institutional Business clients. Provide customer service by
handling client complaints, and assist for socialization of new regulation, new
feature of service, new product to clients, and brokers.
Requirements:
- 24 – 28 years old
- Minimum D3 or bachelor degree graduate Actuarial Science,
- Mathematics or equivalent from reputable university
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Underwriting, preferably Group
- Underwriting in Life Insurance industry
- Having experience in handling customer is a must
- Accurate and detail (calculation skill)
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa
