Export Import Section Head
Jawa Tengah - Semarang
Jawa Tengah - Semarang
Responsibilities:
- Preparing BC 23 import document & handling customer clearance
- Handling PIB/BC25
- Internal coordination : coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, PPIC, Accounting & Finance
- External coordination: with EMKL, forwarding, shipping line, handling licenses, sub contract of custom relation, bank for endorsement
- Preparing monthly import report
- GIT (weekly & monthly)
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 degree from any discipline
- Excellent knowledge on Boarded Zone regulation
- Having good communication & good personality
- Can work in flexibility, fastly & accurately
- Having good managing & controlling ability
- Fluent in English both Oral and Written
