We are inviting young, dynamic, highly motivated and enthusiastic professional candidates to grow with us to fill in the following position :

Secretary
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) - Bintaro

Responsibilities:
  • Arranging daily schedule
  • Accountable to make, compile and distribute regular reports, including responding to pending e-mails, letters or work, or other tasks   based on director’s request
  • Managing appointment schedules
  • Managing systematic filing system
Requirements:
  • Minimum D3 secretary from reputable secretarial school
  • Age between 23-28 years old
  • Experienced as an executive secretary to director(s) for at least 2 years
  • Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Honest, creative, analytic, hard worker, fast learner, energetic, mature, confident
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, etc), social media, Internet (e-mail, search engines, etc)
