Responsibilities:
- Set up travel and accommodation arrangements
- Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences including attending some of the meetings
- Manage and keep proper filing for all administrative matters
Requirements:
- Min. S-1 in Business Administration or equivalent
- Having experience as secretary or personal assistant at least 3 years
- Familiar with multitasking jobs
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Computer literate is a must
- Honest, energetic, confident, hardworking and creative
- Good communication skill with all levels.
- Able to work fast & effectively
- Familiar with ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001(will be advantage).
