Responsibilities:
• Focused on business development for key sectors through distributor network.
• Support distributor in implementing approved Sales and Marketing plan/programs for respective market.
• Stewardship of respective LOB product line, introduction of new products & packs and responsible to provide actionable inputs on pricing.
• In-country subject matter of expert for selected sector across LOB.
• Work with distributors to develop an effective annual business plan with focus on key sectors and activities needed to support execution.
• Monthly monitoring of volume, product mix and margins.
• Foster the communication and cross-functional cooperation required to operate in a matrix organization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Marketing.
• 5+ years, experience in Distributor channel or direct sales in top B2B/B2C companies.
• Prior marketing experience working in a B2B environment and working with agencies.
• Personal drive, taking ownership for results.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work successfully in a cross-cultural team environment.
2. Field Marketing Advisor
Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate overall marketing activities within Indonesia.
• Support local execution of one year Marketing Plan.
• Lead local execution of marketing offer including programs and promotions.
• Coordinate Public Relations, market research and media implementation activity within country.
• Interface with approved advertising agencies and service providers regarding implementation.
• Coordinate marketing communication budget spend/track expenditure.
• Act as marketing interface with local management and sales teams.
• Evaluate program effectiveness/suggest improvement opportunities.

• Managing the sales pipeline with distributors, looking for new business prospects, stewardship of PCI product line, participating in zone LOB activity, managing pricing and introduction of new products into market.
• Developing local employees and building organizational capability.
• Work on project or tasks assigned to manager.
