1. Asst Customer Service Manager (Job Number: 13000EL9)
Job Descriptions:
• To support Customer Service Manager Regional Sourcing in delivering the best customers service to the Customer:
• To answer Customer inquiries and confirm Customer’s Annual volume or any ad hoc/temporary volume based on Factory confirmation
• To ensure Regional Sourcing KPI are achieved as per yearly target and reported and shared to the customer and local stake holder.
• Coordinate with Local team to support any business case required for new Innovation project related with Regional Sourcing Project
• To manage, report and ensure stock projection is achieved as per target
• To supervise and support the Order Processor in delivering their responsibility.
Requirements:
• Excellent academic record with university degree in Engineering
• Have 1 – 2 years experience in Customer Service or planning area or export department, and knowledge in Logistic
• Fluent in English
• Have a good capability in numbers and analytical
• Have Strong drive and leadership
2. IT Analyst (Asst. Manager) (Job Number: 13000EOU)
General Responsibility:
• Support the IT Manager as a representative for whole IT Department, and to understand the key interfaces into Global IT Innovation, Service Lines & Service Operations within scope of responsibility and work effectively with these teams in the delivery of IT Services to the business.
Requirements:
• Legally authorized to work in Indonesia
• Bachelor degree of Computer Science / Informatics Engineering
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience as IT Business Partner/Analyst, especially in SAP
• Good project management
• Good communication skill
• Fluent English, verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills, able to understand, identify and propose business process improvements
