PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia, atau yang disingkat dengan TMMI adalah bagian dari bisnis TAM (Toyota-Astra Motor) yang merupakan perakit produk Toyota dan eksportir kendaraan dan suku cadang Toyota. PT Toyota-Astra Motor sendiri resmi berdiri pada tanggal 12 April 1971 dan kala itu hanya berperan sebagai importir kendaraan Toyota. Adanya restrukturisasi pada tanggal 15 Juli 2003, dibedakan menjadi dua maka TAM berfungsi sebagai agen penjualan, importir dan distributor produk Toyota di Indonesia.

Requirements:
• ACADEMY graduate with GPA >2,75 (scale of 4.00), majoring in :
Engineering (Civil, Computer/Telecommunication, Environmental/Health/Safety, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical, Electro)
Non Engineering (Accounting, Administration, Economic)
• Preferably of age are max.25 years old
• Responsive to challenge and have KAIZEN mind
• Strong involvement in organizational activities
• Strive for excellence and high willingness to learn
• High initiative with good analysis and teamwork
• Fluent in english both speaking & writing

New Employee Development Program (NEDP)
Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Utara & Karawang

Responsibilities:
1. HR – MAN POWER PLANNING (MPP)
a. Develop annual total Manpower strategy for Production and Office area
b. Manpower planning operation & maintaining its indicator to lead recruitment operation
c. Analyzing manpower impact to labor cost
d. Involve in Productivity improvement

2. HR - Organizational Development (OD)
a. Analyze root causes for organizational problems and recommend corrective actions
b. Develop strategic plan for achieve organizational goals
c. Develop best practices to improve organizational performance and effectiveness
d. Identify performance gaps and determine training needs

With those responsibilities you will be coordinating with Plant function, Production control and Top management.

Requirements:
• UNIVERSITY Graduate, majoring from Industrial Engineer with GPA > 3.00 (scale of 4.00)
• Preferably maximum age is  28 years old
• Fresh Graduate or having 1 – 2 year experience in the same field will be advantages.
• Good in Logical Number (HR-MPP), strong in analysis, and Computer Literature (Excel spread Sheet & Database program related)
• Strive for excellence and high willingness to learn
• High initiative and good teamwork
• Fluent in English both oral & written

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Majoring from Secretary or Japanese Literature with GPA > 2.75 (scale of 4.00)
• Preferably of age are max.26 years old.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese
• Computer literate, min. MS office
• Strong involvement in organizational activities
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having high willingness to learn
