Responsibilities:
- Brand Management for developing pharmaceutical Ethical Brands for General Medicine.
- Design Marketing & Sample Strategy/ Incentives Plans/ Promo Inputs.
- Analyze sales data
- New product development.
- Preparing marketing plan, budget, strategies, activities and ensuring implementation.
- Preparing innovative promotional inputs for implementation strategies.
- Provide overall directions to develop new market and strengthen the existing ones.
- Provide support in training program for field force.
- Prepare sales forecast and sales achievement.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in a marketing managerial level or Business Unit Head within a nation wise commercial environment of Pharmaceuticals MNCs and familiar with IPMG Code.
- Experience and solid background in Marketing Management, Medical Management and Sales Management.
- Proven career track record in handling product and brand management in pharmaceutical industries.
- Good Knowledge & Expertise in Pharmaceuticals Market.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Medicine, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
- Highly fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills, strong attention to detail, flexible, conscientious approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
- Receptive to change and new ideas, plus the ability to generate new ideas and concepts
- Patience and resilience to work effectively under pressure and a team player
- Ability to drive and motivate sub-ordinates, train others and pass on information skills
- Willing to travel within the international business trip on a need basis
