We are seeking energetic and committed individuals to join us for the position of:

Secretary (Sc)
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Set up travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences including attending some of the meetings
  • Manage and keep proper filing for all administrative matters
Requirements:
  • Min. S-1 in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Having experience as secretary or personal assistant at least 3 years
  • Familiar with multitasking jobs
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Computer literate is a must
  • Honest, energetic, confident, hardworking and creative
  • Good communication skill with all levels.
  • Able to work fast & effectively
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001(will be advantage).
