Responsibilities:
  • To become the Business Partner of General Manager, Managing Director and Head of HR in all people management practices in order to enhance organizational effectiveness and performance management strategies also to actively support the business objectives and growth of the company talent management
  • To working closely and implemented, reviewed the approved HR policies, practices and activities to ensure their availability and effective use at the stores and support functions level to support and achieve the company business objectives
  • To strengthen and grow the company development culture and internal talent pool through the implementation, delivery and support of approved development related activities
  • To work on daily basis with the stores and supports sections management providing input to the HR and business initiatives, maintaining a close partnership with the management teams
  • To run the key roles such as: talent management, employee relations, ppolicies & legislation compliance, talent development, performance management and many other area of HR spectrum




Requirements:
  • Degree in the related fields, preferable from HR Management major and or overseas graduates
  • Min 3 years experiences in HR area and excellent in communication - negotiation skills
  • Having exposures either in retail/hospitality/service business line, more over in multinational company
  • Strong in technical skill within the HR area: employee relations, employment law, talent management and development
  • Strong knowledge in of the relevant Employment Legislation and Practice
  • Profile with passion, energy, and high commitment
