Responsibilities :
Create, execute Training & Development program, also ensuring that the concept of Training & Development program created are in line with the company's objectives whilst also includes conducting periodic monitoring and evaluation of those programs.

Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) of Psychology, Management or the equivalent.
- 3 - 5 years exeprience in the similar position
- Having experience working in Food & Beverages company is preferable
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
