Human Relation Department
|
Responsibilities:
-
Diligently and consistently deploying the market approach and sales
methodology established by the company (comprehensive training will be
provided).
-
Identify and develop customers (end users) and business partners, in
order to build a stable sales platform for sustainable long-term growth
potential in Indonesia.
-
Meet business objectives and personal sales target according the business plan.
-
Track and monitor product performance, analyze results and present improvement recommendations/solutions to customers.
-
Provide after sales support, expert advice and technical consultancy/solution to customers.
-
Gather market intelligence and competitor actions, and provide feedback to management.
Requirements:
-
Male/Female, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, max. 27 years
-
Have experience as Human Capital Officer min. 2 years experience
-
Must be a self driven person, capable of relating to individuals at all levels, good planning and organizational skills
-
Will have to provide, support in the various human resource
functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and
development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
-
Will have to formulates Organization Development strategies, assists
with the design, development and roll-out of organization development
projects and programs and helps ensure the successful implementation of
such projects and assignments. Including the development and
implementation of staffing plans, the development and performance
management training programs.

Good proficiency in English, both written & spoken, is a must.
