Sales Building & Construction Material

Responsibilities:  Diligently and consistently deploying the market approach and sales methodology established by the company (comprehensive training will be provided). Identify and develop customers (end users) and business partners, in order to build a stable sales platform for sustainable long-term growth potential in Indonesia. Meet business objectives and personal sales target according the business plan. Track and monitor product performance, analyze results and present improvement recommendations/solutions to customers. Provide after sales support, expert advice and technical consultancy/solution to customers. Gather market intelligence and competitor actions, and provide feedback to management. Requirements: Male / Female, Max 28 years. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant qualification with minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales. Has experience and knowledge in the field of Contractor, Architect, Consultant, Mechanical & Electrical, Civil of Structure, etc who related to the Building & Construction Projects. Has the ability to resolve the complex issues and customer complaints with respect to the facts. Proactive, service-oriented, independent, result-oriented and a good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Maturity, discipline and good in analytical skill. Applicants will need to visit at least 3 - 5 customers per day.  Target oriented & able to excel under pressure. Good proficiency in English, both written & spoken, is a must.
