Responsibilities :

Drive and lead daily maintenance and workshop
-
Monitoring component life used to prevent before failure condition
-
Manage operation on services
-
Monitoring vendor performance regarding supply parts to achieved demand maintenance
-
Leading maintenance team to achieve minimum equipment downtime with minimum maintenance cost
-
Developing maintenance team to grow and increase their level of maturity toward safety and working attitude
-
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports
-
Confer
with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures,
resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information
-
Specify
system components or direct modification of products to ensure
conformance with engineering design and performance specifications
-
Research,
design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products,
equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying
knowledge of engineering principles
-
Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew
-
Establish
and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule,
and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in
the prescribed condition
-
In charge of building maintenance operation, fire and safety programs, and equipment inventory control
Requirements :
-
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical, utilities and project management preferably from Stainless or Steel Manufacturing
-
Knowledge of utilities processes (water, gas, steam, compressed air, centralized technical control system, technical alarm)
-
Able to read technical drawing is compulsory

Male
-
Fluent in English
