Cloud Service Engineer - Jakarta

1. Perform provisioning via Indosat Cloud portal and escalate to Cloud Solution Architect or partners
2. Try out to make sure cloud services is configured as customer needs
3. Troubleshooting incident related to portal configuration
4. Analyse the performance of Indosat Information Technology services
5. Collect detailed customer requirements in the data collection sheet

Requirements :

• Male/ Female, max 40 years old
• Diploma degree majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunication
• Having knowledge and experience with IT devices, network, and firewall
• Having knowledge about vitualization such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking, target oriented, communicative
• English skills (writing and verbal)

Cloud Solution Architect - Jakarta

1. Design and create variants service of Indosat Information Technology based on company segment and type of industry
2. Develop agreement with Indosat Information Technology such as for H/W principal, S/W principal and system integrator
3. Design and create proposal for information technology solutions based on customer needs in Large Enterprise Segment
4. Develop operational procedure and service level agreement with corporate partners
5. Prepare and presenting Indosat Information Technology services to customers (Large Enterprise Segment)

Requirements :

• Male/ Female, max 40 years old
• Diploma degree majoring in Technical
• At least 3 years experience in the implementation and consulting IT solution
• Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking, target oriented, communicative
• English skills (writing and verbal)

Staff Media Content Development - Jakarta

1. Integrated online media channel marketing (digital activation)
2. Supervise new information availability on web before launch date
3. Ensure all functionalities are working properly
4. Ensure web & microsite content are relevant
5. Maintain web portal & microsite
6. Conduct day to day CMS operation
7. Propose improvement on web portal & microsite
8. Supervise digital development on web

Requirements :

• S1/ D3 Computer, Marketing
• At least 2 years experience in digital activation
• Good analytical skill
• Having experience in digital online media
• Having experience in social network environment (familiar with Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Forum & other social network apps)
• Having vision and technology update on online media
• Able to work off the office hour to achieve target release
